Randy Kaufmann has operated a private office providing insurance and financial services since 1976. Throughout his career, Randy has been dedicated to delivering the highest level of customer service. From his Camp Hill, PA office, he serves clients across the state, helping individuals and business owners protect what matters most and prepare for the future.
Randy has focused much of his career on serving the small business market, helping owners develop strategies for business continuity, retirement planning, and wealth protection through insurance and investment solutions. His success and commitment to professionalism have earned him continuous membership in the prestigious Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) since 1982.
A long-standing member of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA), Randy served as President of the Greater Harrisburg Association from 1994–1995 and as State President in 2008. He continues to serve on the NAIFA Greater Harrisburg Board, contributing his experience and leadership to the profession.
Beyond his career, Randy’s greatest joy comes from his family. He and his wife, Sue, have five children and twelve grandchildren who remain at the heart of everything he does. From coaching Little League and softball teams to family vacations in Ocean City, NJ, Randy has always made time for family. He’s also a lifelong auto racing enthusiast—whether watching Sprint Cars and NASCAR or occasionally getting behind the wheel himself.

Greg Kane has been in the financial services industry since 2008 and joined Kaufmann Financial Group in 2009. His primary focus is building and managing investment portfolios tailored to each client’s goals and risk profile.
From the start of his career, Greg has been actively involved with the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA). He joined the board of NAIFA Greater Harrisburg in 2010 and served as President from 2015 to 2016, returning to the role again in 2019. Greg is a six-year qualifying member of the Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT), an international organization recognizing excellence in the life insurance and financial services industry.
Greg earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Finance from Shippensburg University in 2008 and holds the Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC®) designation from The American College.
Greg and his wife, Malari, have been married for more than a decade and live in Central Pennsylvania with their two children, Grayden and Reagan. As a family, they enjoy traveling and spending time with friends and loved ones.

Adam Schopp joined Kaufmann Financial Group in 2020 and works closely with clients to help them pursue their goals through personalized financial planning. He is dedicated to building lasting relationships and continually enhancing the level of service our clients receive.
Originally from Western New York, Adam attended the University at Buffalo from 2007 to 2011, where he majored in Accounting with a concentration in taxation. His early career in accounting brought him to Pennsylvania in 2016, and his passion for helping others achieve financial confidence ultimately led him to become a Financial Planner.
Adam is an active member of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA), where he has been involved since 2020. He is also a qualifying member of the Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) since 2021, a distinction recognizing excellence in the financial services industry. Through NAIFA, Adam completed the Leadership in Life Institute (LILI) program and has gone on to serve in volunteer leadership roles, including as the Young Advisor Team (YAT) Chairperson for the past two years. In this role, he helps foster community, mentorship, and professional growth among young advisors who share his passion for improving the financial well-being of their clients and their families.
Adam and his wife, Kelsey, live in Central Pennsylvania with their two dogs—Murphy, a golden retriever, and Hugo, a Bernese Mountain Dog—who keep life full of energy and adventure.
